We are committed to the development of our young people, wanting them to grow in different areas of leadership. We have a sixth form cell group which meets each Wed at 4pm for training, development, asking questions and support.
Young leaders meet together after college and plan, train and hang out. They take responsibility for various areas within Tribe, often teaching, leading, planning events and looking out for the younger Tribers.
