We are committed to the development of our young people, wanting them to grow in different areas of leadership. Our Tribe sixth formers form our young leaders group, and take a varied range of responsibilities in many areas of Tribe, in order to take them to the next level of their leadership.
Young leaders meet together each Wednesday after college and plan, train and hang out. They take responsibility for various areas within Tribe, often teaching, leading, planning events and looking out for the younger Tribers. Recently they planned and lead the Tribe Winter retreat at Buckden Towers. This year (2009-10), Amy, Ben and Becky have joined the team (photo's pending).
